Honestly the best training I have done. I started with the boot camp and got addicted to the energy of the 9:45 am class and continued with mix training classes in which I learned to appreciate cardio! I was a pilates/ weights kinda of girl. The coaches not only are great at what they do...they also inspire and motive all us. Great staff!!! overall amazing experience and I would definitely recommend 54D!

This facility doesn’t allow you to be late (unheard of considering every other place in miami allows 5-15 min) and doesn’t even make any allowance for first timers either BEWARE before you spend your gas, time, or money at this establishment. Not worth it horrible policy and customer service!! Will never come back again. And I will never cheat on Barry’s again! Barry’s has a much more reasonable late policy and actually worth the money.

if I could leave no stars I would! I just had a terrible experience. I was invited by a friend, booked on ClassPass, it was my first time visiting this studio upon walking in at 11:03 AM. I was treated by employees who were condescending, gave judgmental stairs, and had a snobbish attitude. As a first time or you would expect to be welcomed with warmth, however, this was the absolute opposite!
