This is a secure well maintained gated facility that is priced fairly for me to store my boat. The owners are friendly and communicative to all customers providing periodic need to know information such as nearby road construction affecting access to the facility and suggested winter weather prep etc. However the main thing I like, is their business model. This place was very easy to work with, with very friendly staff every time I interacted with them. Pricing was very reasonable and in a good location. Recent road construction in front of it looks like it will be even easier to get in and out of. They have cameras on site, and I always felt like my trailer secure.
100% recommend this place. We've been renting space here for over a year and have never once had a concern that wasn't addressed. Customer service is great. Property is usually clean. Hassle-free navigation around the property even with our 26' box truck. Each parking spot is really spacious, in my opinion. I also like the fact that security cameras are monitored and response time is quick. Love the bright security lights because it makes me feel safe & I if needed to do anything when it's dark, I barely need a flash light.
Great facility, nice easy to work with customer service who always answer. Great rates and 24 hr access! No complaints, 5 stars!
