Wow. Where to start? If you like to be lied to, recieve cussing text message from your so called properry manager, and be charged for something that they didnt even tell you you have to do then this is the perfect place for you! Jason Cattalanto is absolutely terrible, what a joke of an employee!
DO NOT USE KELLER WILLIAMS AND DEFINITELY DO NOT USE SANDRA SCOTT! They will lie to you and try to screw you out of every last dime they can. Sandra Scott is also an unprofessional who tried to bribe me with a "sizable closing gift" unless I did as she wanted. In addition, she also represented the seller and would tell me more information that she was legally allowed to about the seller. Brandon Blocker was unclear, unhelpful, and truly unpleasant to work with. As a student, I wish I didn’t rely on this individual to help find housing for the upcoming year.
Cathy Chulicavit Edwards, my agent, was above and beyond excellent. She did an outstanding job from recommending the initial listing price for my home, publishing material for prospective buyers, to showing the home, to closing. She was always available for questions and advice. Thanks to her the house sold quickly and at a price that was above what I thought it would sell for. I could not be more pleased
