This place had horrible management and severely needs restructuring to get this place sorted out. The apartment itself was very nice, definitely had a lot of good qualities and amenities. Very fast internet, nice neighbors, all around good place to stay. But the management and the front desk for everyone who was working there sucked. Reposting my review since they commented back acting like they had no clue. Read all the way through to the update. I will redo this review with proof if playing dumb is the way they want to go. I normally do not leave reviews but this situation is ongoing and has not been properly handled. Since December, I have been dealing with a continuous noise disturbance from the unit below me that goes far beyond normal apartment living noise. This is not occasional sound through walls. One of the best communities I have found. I absolutely love it here! From the moment I moved in, my experience has been nothing short of amazing. The community is clean, welcoming, and truly feels like home. Shortly after moving in, I had a minor maintenance issue, and I was incredibly impressed with how quickly it was handled.
