If I could give a 0 start I would save your money go somewhere where I was given an affect the unit with roaches when I brought it to their attention all I said was they was gonna bring pest control and pest control didn’t never come this is unacceptable and very nasty
We stayed at 53 West for about 4 years. And you might think to yourself, why such a bad review if you stayed so long? And the answer might not shock you, but it was so expensive to live here, that we could never save a single penny to move out. That's neither here nor there except for the fact that everyone in the same building as you will be paying different prices for base rent alone. I've been living at 53 West Apartments for the past 3 years, and it's been a great experience. The amenities are one of the biggest reasons I enjoy living here. There are two gyms, two pools (including one with a beautiful waterfall), plus both gas and charcoal grills, which are perfect for relaxing or hanging out with friends and family. The property is well maintained, and anytime I've needed assistance, the staff has been helpful and professional. Good place
This is my 2nd review and you know what’s sad is this is the only way to get a response from this community. Honestly at this point I’m trying to get my application fee and other money I have spent with this sorry apartment complex . From what I can tell is I definitely do not want to live at a place that’s incoherent of their residence or new residence that wants to stay here they don’t know what It means when you should stay in contact with new people who want to live in your community that you claim is so nice.
