Within the first few weeks we knew we would not be renewing our lease. We quickly realized that multiple tenants have a routine of walking straight to our unit, leaving their dog poop, then going back to their home throughout the day. If we are outside on the patio they will just walk along the side of our unit instead. When you go on walks there is dog poop outside of every building. Love living here so far. Kalynn at the leasing office was super helpful in getting us the exact apartment we needed!
I have been living in this complex for four months now and I love it! I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with everyone in the leasing office! All of the maintenance requests I’ve submitted have, for the most part, been taken care of the day I put them in. If there happened to be a delay with a maintenance request that they could not complete the day I submitted it, the maintenance crew has always reached out to make me aware as to why it was going to be delayed (such as needing to order something). If I could give a 0 start I would save your money go somewhere where I was given an affect the unit with roaches when I brought it to their attention all I said was they was gonna bring pest control and pest control didn’t never come this is unacceptable and very nasty
