*Update* In February 2026 I gave 10 days prior notice that I would be vacating my 10 x 10 storage unit during the first or second week in March 2026 because I was moving out of state. They said they couldn't pro-rate my rent so I agreed & paid for the full month. I have nothing but good things to say about 529. They are responsive to customer needs and the facility is clean and secure. What more do you want from a storage facility.
The customer service was excellent, and the staff was always helpful and professional. The facility felt very secure, and overall, the service provided was top-notch. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable storage solution.
New owners are awesome! I’ve had a few interactions with Kevin and it’s always a pleasure! Recently the gate to get in was having trouble around 8:30pm I called the # left a voice mail that I needed to get in and shortly after got a call and he came and let me in to get my stuff and it was past the time the gate was locked! Climate controlled is a huge plus as well!
Very nice for what it is, kept clean. Good thing my husband is a good driver it would be difficult for me to get in and out if there. The only "issue" we've ever ran into is a homeless person sleeping there.
