5280 is more than a gym. It’s a place of physical and mental challenge, encouragement and support! The workouts are always different and can easily be modified for all levels. I love how each instructor incorporates encouraging quotes, scripture and songs in different ways to help you fight your battles!
Great atmosphere for working out and having fun with small group classes. No class is the same, which is super fun! The hour long classes fly by and I really enjoy the instructors.
Could not be more thankful that I'm an instructor for such an amazing gym!! The owners instructor & members of this gym will always have a special place in my heart!!
