We had an amazing experience working with 5280 Floors. From our initial meeting in their showroom through our finished installation, everyone we worked with was professional and kind. The LVP looks amazing and the installation process was smooth! We appreciate the attention to detail, daily email updates, and absolutely love our new floors. 5280 Did a spectacular job for a HOA property we manage. Mike and his team were attentive, completed the task quickly and every resident is beyond happy with the outcome. As a facility manager they made my job easy. No need to babysit the project, they sent photos every evening of the progress and more! Highly recommend. Kate in the office and Scott the manager were extremely helpful kicking off the project and seeing it all the way through.
5280 Floors did an incredible job on our hardwoods! We had them refinished and they look like brand new. Ivan was fantastic-his work was flawless, and he even finished earlier than expected. Scott was great, keeping everything on track and making sure the project ran smoothly from start to finish. We couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend 5280 Floors to anyone!

5280 Floors did an excellent job on our kitchen hardwood floor, which was showing a lot of wear (water damage, scratches and dings). Our floor now looks brand new! Aside from the meticulous workmanship, their focus is on customer service and satisfaction. They followed through on all aspects of this project and completed it on time and on budget. I highly recommend 5280 Floors.
