We were very happy with our floors and trim installation by 5280. The showroom experience was great and the pricing was terrific. Scheduling was easy, and the crew arrived punctually. Workmanship was great; AJ and Ignacio did a nice job in the floors and Aleksandr did a great job on the trim. We got progress photos along the way. We enjoyed working with our project coordinators Scott and Kate. We are very pleased and glad that we went with 5280 Floors.
We chose 5280 Floors for installation of new hardwood floors in our 3 carpeted bedrooms and a complete re-finish on the rest of our home to change the darker stain color to a lighter stain. The entire team at 5280 was fantastic and the communication was stellar! Prior to the project, we met with the Owner Eric and received our project bid within 24 hours. As an architect (and former builder) I can say 5280 Floors is TOPS. This includes their pricing, their daily communications regarding the job progress to their attention to detail. AJ is the best and I highly recommend this company.
Troy and his apprentice did an amazing job on our floors! We’re really happy with how they turned out. Scott was incredibly helpful, answered all our questions and made sure we got exactly what we needed without overselling us. I’d definitely recommend 5280 to anyone looking to refinish their floors. (Just a heads up though, if this is “dustless” I don’t want to see dust-ful, there’s nothing wrong I’m just still wiping dust from every surface, so be prepared! )
