Living at 525 Historic Kempsville is quite disturbing at night, when I moved in here last year after selling my house, I was pleased but soon find out that sleeping at night at this property is very short. Local garbage company is in a habit to emptying large garbage containers at this residential area around 4 AM, with first truck coming around 4 AM and the second truck coming around 4: 30 AM.
