DO NOT LIVE HERE. The management is rude, unprofessional, unresponsive, and frankly has no idea what it is doing. The HVAC breaks every time the weather changes. During the summer, the AC went out and indoor temperatures rose to OVER 90 degrees. During the winter, the heat went out and indoor temperatures dropped to BELOW 60 degrees. Residents have spoken with the HVAC repair company that management sends out, and we were told that the HVAC system in the building is too old and must be replaced. It is currently 29 degrees in Baltimore. At this property we do not have heat. There is no sense of humane urgency in getting the heat fixed. Not only is the heat not fixed but I’ve submitted multiple maintenance request to have this fixed since December. It is now February and there is a consistent problem with the hvac in this building and I’m given a space heater to deal with it. Most of the time the HVAC here doesn’t work. The current management group doesn’t provide any support or compensation despite this situation.
The place apt. 113 is next to the trash. I was filled with roaches. They were in my bed, my shower, my food, the fridge. You could not sit in that apartment for two seconds without seeing a roach walk by. It was so bad they were in the oven. The AC does not work in the summer neither the winter. My packages were stolen. Also you could hear the people upstairs walking, the noise people made in the lobby. I contacted management and they never answered.
