Amazing. Maybe the best bbq in the entire world. One of my favorite parts of coming home for Christmas. Excellent service and just unbelievably good bbq. Also their Mac n cheese is not to be missed.

I recently ordered 8# of chopped BBQ for a Christmas potluck at work. It was delicious. The employees loved it!! Most of them have not been to 521 but plan to go now. I was looking forward to bringing home the leftovers for my family but it was all gone. Thank you to all the employees at 521 for making our Christmas lunch a huge success!!!
They have delicious mouth watering Ribs perfectly finish their secret sauce ,pork chops and rib eye steak sandwich are my favorite dishes.I will keep visiting them and try all other dishes which I couldn’t this time .Best BBQ in Carolinas. Keep up the great work!

Absolutely blows Sonny's and Famous Dave's out of the water. Start you out with these amazing hush puppies. Ribs were smokey, very meaty, tender, and juicy, Brisket was smokey, fork tender, juicy. Portions generous. Sauces, especially the Carolina Mustard sauce, were delicious. Grilled chicken was also fork tender and juicy. Collard greens were fresh and delicious, as was potato salad.
