We have been going to 521 since it originally opened in IL. After going there the other week and an experience today we will never visit this location again. Service was horrible and apparently the waitresses decide what to charge and which kids are allowed ice cream now. Day shift sucks! They are rude and need to be retrained. Definitely not the 521 that it has been for years. 6/12/18
