Very positive. Dr Chen explained things very clearly. All did their best to see that I was as comfortable as possibly.
Dr. Chen was very good at including me in the process of a recent remake of a broken bridge. He was kind, thoughtful, and answered all my questions, even laughed at my pathetic, incoherent jokes while going through the lengthy process. I have full trust in him to use the most up-to-date and appropriate tools and procedures to help me in the tedious, arduous, and often painful events I apparently have to, at age 80, still endure.
