I got my son a car 11/2025 and the car is great, but the customer service when it comes to getting his hard tags is HORRIBLE. He has gotten 2 sets of 30 day tags. We get the run around when we ask for the hard tags and get told someone will call back and they do not. Very unprofessional after the car was bought.
BUYER BEWARE: My Experience with 518 Auto (6950 N. Military Hwy) I had a terrible and worst experience ever in life buying a vehicle with 518 Auto, specifically with Alex and Marcela. I paid in full for a car they promised to fix before releasing —check engine light, broken A/C, and a loud rear noise from possible tire rods.
