The management team is wonderful to work with and very responsive. I appreciate their quick replies to my questions and communication on how to address the maintenance issues quickly (my washer/dryer unit needed to be replaced). In addition to that, the units are very nice. I love the tall windows! I understand they need to be sealed shut for safety concerns (it would be nice to open a window) but the utilities are included in the price so that allows me to control the temperature in my space without added stress.

I rented the place for 3 months for my 12 weeks contract job in Moline. Unfortunately my contract got cancelled after 1 month (on March 27). I communicated this unforeseen situation with the management and my plan to move out on April 10 (due to my job being cancelled and no reason for me to stay in the apartment). I paid rent until the end of April.
