$70 fee to deny for no problems... experience was more like a scam office then a leasing agency. To follow up on the reply, my application was denied due to having an existing lease, your communication was very clear via email that i was not able to be approved citing the fact that i had an ongoing lease through march while i was applying at the end of February even though i had paid on time for 3 years at my previous residence and provided a copy of this as a ledger when requested. I understand asking for identification before a viewing, but to ask for the credit card info as well? Feels a lot like a scam if you ask me. Could be someone pretending to be this company through an app called show mojo.....? So strange. Big red flags!
Reached out to view a home, after sending cc and ID info no more response. Which I now look at as a blessing after reading the reviews about the property management.
Don't ever rent from people... you will never get ahold of someone if you need something for your place... but God forbid you are late or miss something they will charge the crap out ofyou. Not counting the money that was never given back to me over $1,000. I paid their cleaning crew over $300. And they did a terrible job that the owner of the property charge me for the extra cleaning because she couldn't get a hold of anyone at 512 so see took it from my deposit... and I left messages after messages and they ignored me. Worst company I've ever had the displeasure of experiencing. I rented under this company for 2 years and it was a completely joke. Complete failure to communicate regarding home repairs in a timely manner (if at all), constantly looking to shift blame for issues to the tenant and make us shoulder the cost, sending out people for repairs that ended up being the laziest, quick fixes I'd ever seen.
