$70 fee to deny for no problems... experience was more like a scam office then a leasing agency. To follow up on the reply, my application was denied due to having an existing lease, your communication was very clear via email that i was not able to be approved citing the fact that i had an ongoing lease through march while i was applying at the end of February even though i had paid on time for 3 years at my previous residence and provided a copy of this as a ledger when requested. I understand asking for identification before a viewing, but to ask for the credit card info as well? Feels a lot like a scam if you ask me. Could be someone pretending to be this company through an app called show mojo.....? So strange. Big red flags!
Reached out to view a home, after sending cc and ID info no more response. Which I now look at as a blessing after reading the reviews about the property management.
