I will have to admit I was a little leery about sending my 18yo daughter in with my car and my card for an oil change, I was just hoping she wouldn't get up-sold too bad and she would learn how to do this adult chore in her own life. Not only did they just do what SHE asked for, they gave her a list for her to review with me that contains items we should think about. Very pleased with our experience, thanks for doing a good job.
