I've lived at this property for a year now, and with the hiring of Erinn, she has really helped turn this building around. She is kind, patient, and quick to communicate to update the building. I also believe she's led the communication and project management for the renovation of this building and at least one other property simultaneously. I can honestly say Erin is the best apartment manager I've ever experienced working with. Had about 3 managers over the course of living here and was so sad to move only a few months after she started. She is incredibly kind and you can tell she really cares about the residents. Every question asked was promptly answered or quickly figured out. I've never had a building manager be so attentive and professional. I lived at Maplewood for 3 years and the new manager Erinn is absolutely amazing. I don't usually take the time to leave reviews, but felt it was necessary to share how helpful, kind, and responsive she is. She takes cares of matters swiftly, is always thoughtful and considerate to every resident, and has been instrumental to the success of the building.
