I have to give a huge shoutout to Bella and Erin in the leasing office! They have helped me through a lease transfer, maintenance issues, and anything else with such kindness! The building is kept super clean, and the location is amazing. Edit to add: Kobe is the best! I can tell he goes out of his way to try and help the Community members I feel like the complex is a bit worn down and has dealt with some unfortunate maintenance issues, but since he came into the office, I can tell that they are trying to make an improvement... read more

This company has withheld my deposit for almost 2 months. They have acknowledged that the money is owed, told me they had to reach out to their accounting department and two months later they’re just ghosting me. Would not recommend.

The building is kept super clean, and the location is amazing. Edit to add: Bella is the absolute best! She even helped us handle a last minute maintenance issue. The maintenance team is great as well.
