Location location location! Between Southpark and Park Road shopping. Tons of restaurants and shops. The greenway runs right beside it so you can jump on your bike or go for a walk easily.
Amenities are great! Great amenities! We love the pool area and the residents lounge is a great place to host a get together

Verified Renter Nice place overall. Clean and mostly quiet. Nice staff. Pulling out of the complex is challenging, especially if you need to pull out left. The traffic pattern is tough on the section of Park Road. Overall, a good place to live at.
Used to be good New management company is terrible. They don't listen to the residents, the office refused to accept packages and they are stolen from the mail room. Plus the apartment had an emergency maintenance problem, and they refused to respond.
Verified Renter Very clean apartments with a great staff. Pet friendly and accessible for our very old large dog. He is able to walk the entire premises without having to go up any steps.
