Verified Renter Quiet and clean community, no creepy crawlers anywhere.
Verified Renter Meghan and the leasing staff at 5115 Park Place made the daunting task of relocating back to Charlotte , easy and less stressful , we moved in the same date we signed the lease . Great atmosphere, amazing dedicated staff , paws - friendliness and location made this place the perfect home.
Verified Renter Amazing! I have loved living here and have had a great experience
Verified Renter 5115 Park Place is a pleasant place to live and the atmosphere promotes a caring and safe environment
Location location location! Between Southpark and Park Road shopping. Tons of restaurants and shops. The greenway runs right beside it so you can jump on your bike or go for a walk easily.
Amenities are great! Great amenities! We love the pool area and the residents lounge is a great place to host a get together
Great Location Apartment amenities are great but the location is the best part!
Verified Renter Nice place overall. Clean and mostly quiet. Nice staff. Pulling out of the complex is challenging, especially if you need to pull out left. The traffic pattern is tough on the section of Park Road. Overall, a good place to live at.
Used to be good New management company is terrible. They don't listen to the residents, the office refused to accept packages and they are stolen from the mail room. Plus the apartment had an emergency maintenance problem, and they refused to respond.
