The woman at the reception desk (Sharon) was on a personal call and ignored two of us waiting in line. When I finally politely asked her what was happening, she said she wasn't the one who could take our temperatures (for Covid.) When that person came out and took our temperature the woman at the desk STILL persisted in her clearly personal phone call for 10-15 more minutes!
