Love the great foods. Been coming here for years and have always been happy with the service and food. Love the game area as well.
All around horrible evening! Cold food that took 2 hours to get. Waitstaff hostess and manager need classes in customer service! Had to pay 50 bucks and let after 4 hours still hungry and with a disappointing birthday experience for my son. You only get one 13th bday and he will always remember how crap you all managed take his special Day. THANK YOU!
1. Hostess states we had to wait over an hour because our group was 7 people. Said they seat smaller groups first! 2. Our waiter took 15 minutes to bring our drinks that were mostly water. 3. The waitress delivered fried pickles literally on to the table spilling everything. 4. After Another Hour waiting for our Food, the waiter explains he forgot to place the order and says" you are welcome to leave or whatever..." We asked for a manager. 5. This place was delicious and the staff was so friendly and price was really reasonable!
Love the games...very disappointed in their management. We met friends for a fun evening at 50th Street Caboose. We both bought groupons to use for the evening. They would not allow both of us to use our groupon claiming we were only allowed to use one per table even though we had two separate tickets with 2 separate families. Basically we were punished for sitting together. Even after kindly speaking with a manager...they didn't care. Apparently customer service is not their strong point! :/
Best place in town, great for kids and adults. Game room is awesome, service is superb and food is to die for. Oh and ask for Thomas for your server
Its a one star today!!! Very poor customer service. We had to send our food back!! And the waitress was not very social or nice at all!!!! I love this place and the food but one incident is sure to make someone think twice bout visiting a restaurant.
I use to go to the Copper Caboose! When I lived n Lubbock..Awesome place to party !!! I use to go after work.I worked at Lubbock General back then....
We were regular customers, but the service on the bar side has gotten progressively worse. The short blonde that usually has her hair in a bun is almost always our waitress, and spends more time talking to guys than checking on her tables. We were in on a slow night, she didn't bring us our silverware, an ash tray or even refills after taking our orders.
