I am a regular at copper but Saturday was one of my worst experiences our food came out cold and nothing was done and then my waitress circles her tip which I think ok cool I'll pay that but then she runs my card and for a way larger amount it went from 121 to 130 and the manager states she corrected it but nope she didn't and had a blah blah blah attitude so my damn waitress helped herself to a tip of 29 dollars that I didn't approve!!!! ���

The Del Rio Chicken is awesome. We have never been disappointed. Our waitress was very attentive! We visit when we are in Lubbock.
Hour wait on table and 2 hr wait on food.........
This place is horrible the games are overpriced and it has much more of a bar and drinking environment than it comes off as a family place. The first time I went was date night and my boyfriend and I found a card with some points on it (not dollars, points to use at the prize counter). The total worth was probably about .80 cents worth of chinese finger cuff and bouncy ball crap, but upon trying to use it the rude, unprofessional manager loudly accused me and my date of stealing and shamed us for "stealing from a child".
