Excellent food, great atmosphere, brought back a lot of good memories.
I try to visit this location at least twice a week or more if I'm stressed or just need to let loose with friends. We always request the server Chris for his work ethic charm and sincere love he shows for his job. In need of a wonderful dining experience? He delivers as much as the prices and wide variety of choices on the menu. Request him and see what you've been missing at other restaurants. The Rellenos and margaritas are a must also
always a good place to eat with my grandson ...chicken fajita is my favorite...

Love Copper Caboose! I have had many special occasions at Copper. I’ve been coming to copper since I was a kid and they had plastic coins for ticket amounts. You can’t beat the fajitaladas!!
