This is by far the worst experience, I've had with a company that claims to be of high caliber. First, the installers were extremely unprofessional. They must be paid by the hour because I caught them watching youtube videos and relaxing on just chatting like old friends multiple times. I had to stop what I was doing and go sit in the edge of the room watching them to ensure they would work. It took 3.5 hours to install carpet in one 19x17 room, absolutely ridiculous!
