THE WORST COMPANY EVER! Not only did they lie and say the vinyl floors were scratch resistant, the floors are easily scratched, I’ve had several issues with floor lifting and lifting off the corners, now the south Florida office closed so they can’t even help, so much for 30 year warranty only to tell me l have to pay to re-install floors. I hate those floors so bad, l regret ever going to this company!
I had a great experience with the salesman, Jim Mulvaney. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He arrived on time with many samples to choose from. All in all, it was a great experience and I never even had to leave my home.
Nick was professional, friendly, and did an excellent job. Great communication, quality work, and a smooth experience from start to finish. Highly recommend Floor Mart!
Formal Notice of Cancellation. I have had to jump through exasperating hoops to Do that, within my legal 72 hour window. Be very careful, inside the contract were hidden fees. I've priced the exact same materials for almost two thousand less. Yes it would of been nice in a day. But I went with 60% off free installation and I was priced. Beware of Poor Quality and Poor Customer Service. Subject: Laminate Floor Installation Gone Bad There were no issues with getting the work completed; 2 different crews were used for the work performed which was completed on time. Warranty for Flooring is 10 years; Warranty for the Work is 1-Year which is absolutely ridiculous.
