I highly recommend 50 Floor! They have great customer service and did a great job with our carpet. We experienced holiday and weather delays on our material coming in, but they made up for it and got it installed very timely. I am very pleased with their work and their pricing!
HIGHER THESE FOLKS IF YOU EANT TO ENTER INTO A NIGHTMARE. THESE PEOPLE DONT GIVE A CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS PERSONAL PROPERTY. I HAD TO HAVE TILE JACK HAMMERD AND THERE WAS A DIRT FLOOR UNDERNEATH. THESE PEOPLE DIDNT HAVE A VACUUM TO CLEAR UP THE DIRT AND DIDNT TAKE ANY CONTAINMENT MEASURES FROM KEEPING MY BELONGINGS DIRT FREE. DONT HIGHER THEM!!
We signed a contract in March to have entire house refloored. Crew showed up with vinyl in April and did not do things correctly AND ran out of material so didn't finish. A few weeks later the carpet crew showed up with someone else's carpet and had to go back and search for ours. They did not do carpet correctly in one of the bedrooms AND ran out of material again and didn't finish. Bad wood received. Now, the local distributor is having trouble getting a replacement. I have 2 rooms empty because the installers pulled up my old flooring and stopped about 1/3 through. House is a mess. I'm supposed to get a replacement by the 9th but will then probably have to wait more days to get installers out. Installers and local distributor seem like good people. I had them to instally kitchen floor, great product, floor looks great also, staff was very professional and polite, will be having bathroom floors retuled by them also very soon.
