I've lived in Liberty Lake for about a year and have passed this place ever since today I stopped in to get some coffee and it was phenomenal definitely beats out Starbucks that's for damn sure

I have never been treated so poorly in my life at any business, until I started coming to the 509 Grind. I was, past tense, a loyal customer for months buying no less then 9 drinks a week. I am a mother, the wife of a commercial fisherman and I work 48 hours a week so my time is valuable and limited. I would call in the morning and order my drink to save time. I love this coffee shop!! Not far from my house and the ladies are super nice! Coffee is great too! Today I'm drinking their weekly special French Toast and it's amazing!!!

I came through here recently and had a very pleasant experience with a nice and professional young lady. She had blond hair and was very helpful. When I initially arrived and was greeted, or more, answered at the window by an older woman with very low customer service experience I wasn't sure if I was going to make an order. I wasn't sure of what I wanted, as I don't drink espresso very often. When I asked what was recommended, the responses from said older woman were short, direct and unprofessional.
