New management is horrible! Will not work with you at all. I have been here for 3 years and now that we have new management, customer service is just horrible. Kristin the leasing director is the worst person to talk about anything. She will not work with you at all, she is very snippy && just plain rude. To anyone looking to rent here, I would think again when we have horrible management. If Brian were still the director, things would be much smoother && I would not have any complaints .
I was greatly impressed with the professionalism off the staff! The neighbors were great!Amenities were also impressive! The apartment was clean and smelled good! Overall excellent!
