please stay away from this place , bad bad bad Every time I place a work order it takes them weeks to come to fix the problem, this is unacceptable and unprofessional , always the same problem with you , poor maintenance work , and when you go to talk to the front office, they will say okay we will take care of it , but they won't, this is not the first time they do this . In one word you are just a bunch of unprofessional people, that's it .

Property management team has a habit of breaking the Arizona Landlord Tenant act. Property manger will contact his lawyers which I can’t wait for them to contact me so I can provide months and months of evidence. Property manager likes to retaliate against you if you call him out on his B.S. I would to share all the evidence against these people. And disclaimer, property management if you put my name on here without my permission you will have a new set of legal issues. Do not rent here as long as Greystar is the management!
I have had nothing but positive encounters with Mark Loss and his staff at 505 West. Anytime I have had a request or maintenance concern, they have helped me with nothing less than professionalism and courtesy.
Been here almost a year now and haven't had issues to write home about. The new management that came in a few month ago has been amazing and I now feel comfortable with submitting a work order and trusting the new team to help me with all my concerns. Whenever I have had a work order placed, they are very prompt and take care of the service needed with high quality. My gf and i like it so far it's clam no problems.
The worst experience ever !.. Unprofessional disorganized and horrible customer service skills . This place would get no stars from me ! Never move here not worth it
