Property management team has a habit of breaking the Arizona Landlord Tenant act. Property manger will contact his lawyers which I can’t wait for them to contact me so I can provide months and months of evidence. Property manager likes to retaliate against you if you call him out on his B.S. I would to share all the evidence against these people. And disclaimer, property management if you put my name on here without my permission you will have a new set of legal issues. Do not rent here as long as Greystar is the management!

I have had nothing but positive encounters with Mark Loss and his staff at 505 West. Anytime I have had a request or maintenance concern, they have helped me with nothing less than professionalism and courtesy.

Been here almost a year now and haven't had issues to write home about. The new management that came in a few month ago has been amazing and I now feel comfortable with submitting a work order and trusting the new team to help me with all my concerns. Whenever I have had a work order placed, they are very prompt and take care of the service needed with high quality. The new management has made it a more professional and comfortable experience for me, and I am very appreciative of their hard work and dedication to make 505 West a better place to live for current residents as well as everyone in the future. Thank you!

New management is horrible! Will not work with you at all. I have been here for 3 years and now that we have new management, customer service is just horrible. Kristin the leasing director is the worst person to talk about anything. She will not work with you at all, she is very snippy && just plain rude. To anyone looking to rent here, I would think again when we have horrible management. If Brian were still the director, things would be much smoother && I would not have any complaints .
