RecommendedWonderful chicken and waffles and braised short ribs. Staff was friendly.
Everything was great for my first visit! The atmosphere, decor, aesthetic, service, food & drinks. I had the chicken and waffles that came with lavender infused honey, sriracha syrup, and bacon spread (minced bacon as a spread, YUM) I can't wait to go back and try other items on the very unique and diverse menu! <3
A complete surprise. From the outside there was no way the potential diners had any idea of the incredible flavors that were waiting inside. We had phenomenal meals. I highly recommend for all of those who are interested in a great dining experience with a team of masterful chefs, to hike down there ASAP and try the short rib.
The food here is incredible! Sweet potato fries and then their dessert "Fresh Prince" are must tries. Great atmosphere and service.
503W is one of my favorite go-to spots on the westside of Colorado Springs. i had a great time here, the drinks are so tasty and fresh! the food, talk about quantity! big fried spicy chicken sandwich, perfectly crispy and fries are cooked to perfection. my server was awesome I wish I had caught her name. definitely stopping by here next time i’m in CO!

We went to 503W tonight for the first time! My husband made reservations the previous night for 7pm, there was an honest mix up about our table so we didn’t get seated until 7:30pm. The bar was behind and we could tell it was chaotic.
