The lady that was at the desk is not very friendly. She didn't even raise her head to look at me when talking to me. I was just looking for information.
I've had a unit here for the past year. Never have made a late payment however my most recent payment was late because I thought I had autopay setup. I went to them and asked what the extra cost was for my rent last month and they said a late fee. They said they couldn't do a one time courtesy reversal. Nope. I was told they had lost 10k.in late fees over the past 4 months? Huh? If you were paid there was no loss aside from not having the cash flow for a couple days.
