Fantastic nail salon. Everything is so neat and clean. The staff is efficient and very considerate, especially considering how many people were receiving services. I walked in without an appointment (on a weekday afternoon) for a basic pedicure with regular polish and was taken care of immediately. I was in and out in an hour, but I never felt pressured or rushed. I was completely relaxed and cared for the whole time. Thank you!
I love 501 nail spa! I want to speak on the review below mine, I was in today and there were plenty of POC in there and each of them were treated no different than anyone else. The staff is very friendly, and accommodating. They are always very busy but for good reason! I've gone to other nail salons in the area and my nails always look the best when I go to 501!
I have thought about sharing this review but just could not do so in good conscience. I went to 501 nail spa consistently for about 6 months, but stopped after continuous disrespect and poor customer service from the owner, Kimberly (Kim). She repeatedly made rude comments to me during my last two appointments and even went as far to purposely cut me and aggressively groom my nails.
