On three different occasions, the owner overbooked clients so one time I was told to come back another day and the other two times I had to wait 40 minutes after the scheduled time for a chair to be available. This is not only unfair to me but to Natalie, the manicurist. Another time I came with a friend and asked for 2 female manicurists when I made the appointments. Professional and friendly service. They really pay attention to detail and do a thorough job. Unfortunately, I have had 3 bad experiences here recently. One of their employees cut my toe above the nail, and he then grabbed my toe and pressed down extremely hard and then took a towel and just rubbed over toe causing additional pain. I always get a dip manicure and my nails last forever no matter which nail tech I get. Nice service and relaxing experience.
I am just now leaving and could not be more disappointed. First off, i booked my appointment for acrylic on hands and on toes. i walk in he asks if i want gel for feet i said no twice before just saying fine. then he does the worst french tips on my toes i’ve ever experienced and then they did not even ask they just started putting gel on my nails. also every shape on my hand is completely different. i’m so frustrated also there’s legit no apex on my nail he filed the apex down. all for it to be $130 is nuts
