I don’t normally write reviews but….some people I know recently filled out an application and paid application fees and never heard back from this place and still hasn’t heard back and it’s been 4 months. Someone from this place emailed me saying that they have me on a waiting list and that I should hurry up and do the application ($25) before and pay $500 to hold the place. I must say that I loved the apartment itself, however, the management here is worth staying away. Aside from overhearing Jaime swear at my neighbor for having some garbage in bags on her patio, I personally didn’t have an issue until move out. We got permission from management to hang decor with small nails and they took money from our deposit to repair them at move out which I tried to fight as they told me right out of their mouths we wouldn’t be charged. So right there they are liars. They were trying to say that my cat s... read more

Nice location, safe, luxury lofts, pet friendly and you barely ever hear or see your neighbors. Lived there three years loved it for the most part but my move out experience was less then satisfactory. Make sure you take pictures of these concrete floors, this way you can document how they age and crack. This is a design flaw with these lofts, the floors are hard to clean, stain easy and stay cold. This is a great place to live! The manager is amazing: quick to respond, easy to work with, and super friendly. The apartments themselves come with nice appliances and are very well soundproofed. Energy bills are also really low!
