When I originally moved into 500 Ocean it appeared to be an upscale, clean, safe environment. After living there for less than a year, my place was broken into, someone overdosed in the hallway, there were beer bottles throughout the garage, garbage consistently in the hallways, a drug dealer was arrested on my floor-then he moved to another floor, the garage gate was broken 90% of the time, someone hit my vehicle in the garage, my building flooded and they made me live in an apartment with two dogs and large fans going for ... read more
