I worked with Rafael through the entire process of getting approved for my apartment, and he was amazing from start to finish. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was completed smoothly and on time. His communication and dedication truly made the experience stress-free. I also love how they have renovated spaces (which is what I chose to occupy). As a thoughtful touch, Rafael even surprised me with a welcome basket for my new apartment. I’m very grateful for all his help and highly recommend working with him!

This property is cool for what it is worth. I have about 6 months left in my lease and I haven’t experienced any major problems. However recently, I was not provided with exceptional customer service as I had been before I decided to become a resident. I understand the property claims “they are not responsible for missing/lost packages” however after submitting a payment of nearly $1400 for rent (excluding gas, electric, and internet) I would expect just a bit more assistance.
