This apartment building was renovated a few years ago and sold to First Communities (an out of state company). While it was nice for a time post-renovation, it has since steadily declined to the following state: -The current management has slacked on pest management. It is impossible to keep cockroaches out of unit and the public areas often have 3 inch roaches just chillin'. -There is literally a 6 foot high pile of trash outside 'near' the dumpster (due to trash chutes being broken). -Broken glass is found on the sidewalk ... read more

Recommendedwe stayed here for a week in an airbnb apartment. our host was terrible but luckily maintenance and housekeeping were very helpful. The one maintanence man in 501 was extremely kind and always asking if we needed anything👍
nice studio apartments within walking distance of most downtown destinations.
Overpriced, and more and newer apartments for the same or less money. Newer places also have enclosed parking with enough spaces included in base rent. The 500 Fifth (aka Metro Manor) has larger population of Air BnB tenants
The worst place I have ever stayed. Every dish was dirty. The floor was sticky. There is no bed, it’s a futon. And in a bad part of town.
If I could give the new management of this build a negative 5 stars I would. This was a beautiful place when I moved in and then the new management took over and the place has gone to complete trash. Broken elevators, dirty pool, broken deck with holes in it, no heat in my unit for 3 weeks with temperatures outside in the negative, no working toilet for a month broken cabinet when I moved in never fixed after 20 complaints. So love ❤️ my apartment I've been here going on 2 years. During all the remodeling and all . The girls have been great. Amanda and Marie made me very excited and glad Thad I stayed. Sure during and with all remodeling there the good and bad. But with great lady's in the office makes it well worth it. Very Happy that I renewed my lease.
