Tracy did such an amazing job and was so great!!!
Put lotion on before painting. Didn’t clean under my nails & when I asked she told me she thought they were clean . Clipped my cuticles too hard . Also when I asked to switch colors due to a color being too light she used the cotton ball and left cotton residue all over my nails. She then proceeded to paint clear polish on top of the cotton. I left immediately . And then was told I had to pay 10 dollars for no ma’m.
I’ve been going here for a while now & I won’t go anywhere else - I always love my nails (and get lots of compliments)! All the techs are so talented, I usually book with Tracy. & the prices are really good for the quality of work you get! I highly recommend 50 shades!
Great service, attention to detail and ambiance. Extra points for the soundtrack! Mike made sure I got what I wanted and was happy with my nails.
