Fun place for a quick senior oriented workout supervised by a professional trainer.
Sent there by my insurance company. Chris, the owner is a great coach. The gym is setup by stations that enhance balance, strength, and agility.
I went to this gym as a visitor with my person that I provide home healthcare. There were members there without their masks on. It is not mandatory to wear at this gym. I thought that it was negligent on the part of the owner. Also the equipment was not sanitized after use between members. I would not recommend going to this gym at this time of covid.
Chris is amazing! He has the perfect workout stations that provide a full body workout and incorporate balance, stretching, and hand eye coordination. He is there to give attention to all of his patrons. He plays wonderful music. And he has the perfect balance of charm and stern motivation to keep people focused while having fun in their workout. I’ve always said that he has my dream job! Don’t hesitate to give this place a try!
