I first want to start off by saying Dan and Brandy are the nicest and most caring individuals I have ever came to meet. I was in the middle of a move from Seattle to Fort Bragg, North Carolina and on Saturday(6/23) my clutch went out of my car in the middle of Montana 40 miles from Billings. Dan and Brandy were the only two that offered there help and stoped everything they were doing and drove 40 miles away from their shop and trailered my car to there shop. This was the worst service we have ever received. Had a transmission that was slow to shift from reverse to drive. Dan rebuilt it and as soon as I got it back it was leaving puddles of tranny fluid everywhere. Found out the main bolt was not tightened and it was overfull. Two months later, just over 1,000 miles we decided to take our annual trip out of state. 800 miles from home the transmission failed (catastrophic failure). He said if he had known we were going to take it out of state he would have done things differently.... read more
