I had my car towed from a parking lot where I work. It was reported as being a car that wasn't suppose to be there by another business in the complex in error (that's a whole different story about how terrible people can be). Sarah at 5-Star was so kind and helped me get the car back. It was a tough situation but she helped make it better. I hope that I don't need them again BUT if I need service like this --- I will definitely use 5 Star.
