I don’t enjoy dental visits and had some very uncomfortable prior experiences. I was a new patient today. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. Dr.Sy was the most gentle Dr that ever worked on my teeth. I’m very happy and grateful. I definetly recommend and will be back.
From the first day I went there, Dr. Tran and her assistant has been extremely caring and friendly. They helped me with the crisis I suffered in my teeth, showing great patience and compassion. I always felt in good hands during every visit. No judgment and positive the whole time. So glad to find a safe feeling place!
The lady dentist pulled 4 teeth from my friend with no NOVACAINE she gave her 4 shots and she was still not numb and proceeded anyway! I could hear her screaming from pain and no pain meds when she left. I would never recommend this place ever. PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU GO HERE.
Went there years ago with my wife. Was not impressed, and he didn't even want to see me and made some excuse about my insurance. I noticed the shouting at staff as well and the sort of rude behavior. It felt dismissive. I mean... I asked to pay for 4 or 5 crowns out of pocket, and if there was a cash discount, and that must have insulted him somehow? I have no idea.
This is a very nice place to go. Both the Doctor and the nurses were so fantastic . The welcome you and give you perfect and necessary assistance.
