Professional, prompt, helpful in selecting my roof... The original sales rep that came to my door was thorough in explaining the process of filing through insurance and what my financial responsibility would be. I never thought I could afford a new roof, but thanks to 5 Star’s guidance, I could! The workers never stopped! They were here early and worked past dusk. My roof looks fantastic and 5 Star even paid the fee AT&T charged to put my satellite back up. BEST COMPANY EVER!
They contract out all their repairs. My grandmother needed her roof fixed so they contacted a roofing crew to do it. Didn't finish the job and took my grandmother's money. Would not suggest them ever and if you are reading this now look to see them on the local news for elder abuse.
