My father who doesn’t go anywhere has had bed bugs for 4 years, we first used the company in 2020 and they are still there. Every 6 months to a year the bed bugs come back. I’ve told the company this and their excuse is he keeps bringing them in from somewhere. My father is retired and doesn’t have any company. I called another exterminator who stated he has gotten several complaints from them and that they use “junk” that doesn’t kill the bugs. Hence why they are still there 4 years later.
