Mediocre overall. Got a same day appointment for two manicures which was convenient but poor communication and questionable hygiene standards. Very dusty. Regular polish didn't turn out great. They pushed for gel. Got in and out quickly but one set of nails has to be touched up or repainted and the other set they clipped but didn't shape or file at all.
I had an amazing experience! Natalie did amazing with my nails! And got me in on a short notice! Thank you!!!! Love my nails so much!
If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely pissed. We called and booked a 6 person bridal party full set 1 month in advance. We call the week of to confirm and they say they don't have the booking and are already full. The man on the phone spoke broken English and should not be taking phone calls as he can't even convey the reason why the business messed up so bad. Never going here, never recommending them. Clearly not professionally run.
