I agree with Melissa as I believe I had the same driver. She was on time, however that was about the best part. We reserved 2 limos for a funeral... I have a very big family. After the service at the funeral home we left for the cemetery and she went over a curb that any experienced driver would have known to avoid... Excellent Experience with Five Star Limousine in Orlando FL. The car was stunning and newer and our driver was extremely professional. The rates are very competitive. I look forward to my next time to use Five Star!
(Orlando 5 Star Limousine) Ordered a limo for 8 passengers to arrive at 16:00 in front of hotel lobby with extra ice, 8 champagne glasses and 2 champagne coolers for my mother in law's birthday. Limo drove up 30 minutes late, driver was dressed in what looked like a fast food uniform (black washed out trousers and an orange and brown striped blouse). 1 champagne cooler with NO ice, 6 dirty champagne glasses I tried wiping clean with a napkin, Lights were not working, separation window was broken.
