This is the worst Limousine company I have ever used. They picked us up for a birthday and there was absolutely no heat in the limo. We were all freezing and the driver would not even speak to us. We are not sure what his problem was. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND DISCOMFORT AND USE A DIFFERENT COMPANY!!!

I am completely discusted with the service of 5 Star Limousine!!! Got picked up late and weren't allowed to enter the limo without paying the full price. Took a trip downtown to be stranded for 2 hours at the time of pick up was told we were going to be picked up at 3:15pm and he didn't show up till 5:12pm This was the worst experience in my life not to mention my daughter was late for dance to the point where she didn't make it at all. DO NOT USE THIS LIMO COMPANY You will be sorry

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Rented a Navigator for my wedding. It had rust holes all along the frame, smelled like smoke, didn't get champagne that was promised, and the driver was dressed in a tshirt and was more of a pain in the ass than anything. It would have been a better idea to take the TTC than to waste money with these clowns. They also operate under 123 Limo.

Worst limo company ever. Drive was over 2 hrs late. Left us stranded on the side of the road. Do not use this company.
