What a loser. Who answers the phone, goes out & gives a quote… then you lie and say you’re going out to cut the tree limbs for the agreed price 3 days in a row & you were a no show! Then I call from my cell because you’re dodging my husbands texts and then you hang up on me because I asked what happened to you. Scum bag loser!
I truly enjoyed working with Robert. I called, he showed up to give bid and came back the next day to start. It was a big job. Robert & crew tackled 4 trees and trimmed 4 trees hovering over my house. Very respectful & kind. Worked all day in this TX heat and completed when he said he would. Thank You Robert I will continue to work with you & your crew.
Trimmed our tree once and did a fine job. Called him back to trim tree again, didn't show like 3-4 times then never returned call. If you didn't want the job (wasn't big enough?), please don't have me wait for you, then not show. Just tell us so we don't waste our time. I understand things happen, but 3-4 times waiting for you? That's just impolite. I rearranged my days to be here for you.
