Ben did a great job on the home inspection and was very honest. He had the clients best interests in mind and had great communication with me about pertinent items. I would not hesitate to recommend to him to anyone looking to hire inspections services on a home. I would not listen to the negative comments as there is not way for an inspector catch everything. Ben did a great job for us to catch any major problems.
I just used 5 Star for a new home purchase inspection and couldn’t be happier. Taylor did a wonderful job finding issues the builder had missed and Michael was a pleasure to work with. They're a magnificent team. Thank you gentlemen!
Ben was great! He noticed a structure issue on a house we were under contract with and immediately notified our agent - which resulted in us bringing Colorado Structure to examine and he found that the house needed over $70k in structural repairs! We ended up pulling contract and eventually went under contract with a new home where he conducted a very thorough and honest inspection. Results were given quickly and he was a pleasure to work with!
Ben was alarmist about the wrong things. Ben noticed a lot of smaller things wrong with the house and focused on them. He also acted like these these were a big deal to the buyers and buyer agent, and then would downplay them to the seller and seller agent. We found this to be unprofessional, since the buyer was paying him. He also made comments like: “hope you like gray tile” as he toured the house. He was very negative about the purchase. Total wast of money. They cheat on reports to get jobs for themselves, very bias make the issues bigger than they are .don't wast your money
