After initial confirmation they called us again to cancel. Apparently they had no other customers for two consecutive days. There must be a reason why everybody chooses to book with their competitors instead. Eventually we did the same and had a great flight with a different company. Would avoid these guys, unless you want to have trouble during your holidays.
Amazing experience! To see the Grand Canyon and Hoover Dam from this angle was nothing less than amazing. Our pilot was so knowledgeable on everything we flew over and the history. Highly recommend cant wait to see our video.
From the moment we walked in we felt like VIPs! As a local, I've been to the strip a million times but nothing could beat the beautiful city lights from up top - the night tour was amazing!! Everyone at 5-Star Helicopter was very professional, yet fun!! They made my son's birthday one he will never forget. "That was soooo awesome! The ride and views are amazing for the price you'd think you would get a complimentary video but it's an added on extra before you get there so budget conscious I would have bought a picture but upon arrival back the picture wasn't there due to printer failure surely you'd have a back up, ps if you had a option for a add on video at time of buying I would have done it, be aware that some ppl fly 14,000km and it's not worth the trip back just to get a video (overpriced video for 15 min worth of content)
We had a great tour last week. We did the Grand Canyon, followed by the Colarado river rafting it was definitely a day to remember.

Fantastic! Picked up from our hotel and thanks to the drivers both excellent and helpful and so professional. Great people/staff. Awesome pilot. A truly unforgettable experience. Oh and a cold Budweiser at the end of your tour...... Cant ask for more. Cheers.
