We loved our helicopter ride into Grand Canyon under the rim with a landing in Valley of Fire. Just a great experience. It was my first helicopter ride and I had a wonderful ride. Our pilot, Jacqueline Maas was amazing. Excellent pilot who gave us a great ride. Jacqueline Maas is a wealth of information and has done some serious research on the history, geology and other tidbit information on the area. Our flights were cancelled and delayed. It was a birthday weekend I was very sad we were going to miss our tour. We called to let 5 star know we were going to miss our tour time Michelle was WONDERFUL!! She did all she could to get our tour into our remaining time in Vegas. The flight was great, facilities were clean and comfortable, we can't thank you enough for making a this happen for us. Thank you so much!!

Lost our video, never told us - made us wait over a 5 weeks before telling me. Avoid purchasing the video at all costs! Customer service is terrible!
