Ben of Five Star Roofing did a great job putting a new roof on my home after our recent hail storm. He was professional and quite helpful with the whole process. Five star came clear to Kansas to do my Roof and did an excellent job!! They were on time and knocked it out fast and professionally!! They found problems along the way and resolved them all while Having great communication with me while I was out of state through phone calls and pictures!! I highly recommend this company!!
All of the roof repair was accomplished very well and quickly. It involved removal and replacement of solar panels as well as roof repair and new Class 4 shingles. It also involved repairing water damage in den ceiling; and repair and replacement of slats in wood fence. Everything passed three separate inspections.
My home had significant damage after a hail storm and 5 Star made sure that everything was taken care of, not just the roof. I was busy with work and slow to respond so many times, but they were always patient. My initial insurance appraisal came in very low and 5 Star did the work to get an independent appraisal and increase the insurance payout significantly. Very thankful for their help and patience with the entire process!
5 star showed up and performed well in a challenging location, sanderson tx, all other roofers didn't have the people or imagination to get this job done. Kick ass roofers
